Neurospinal Integration
Neurospinal Integration is Dr. Flick's unique system of care — a synergy of Network Spinal Analysis (NSA), Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI), and the founding principles of chiropractic. This approach addresses the nervous system, spine, and breath as an integrated whole, facilitating profound healing and transformation.
Network Spinal Analysis is a gentle, evidence-based approach to wellness and body awareness. Practitioners use precise, light touches to the spine to cue the brain to create new wellness promoting strategies. Two unique healing waves are associated with this work — they are associated with spontaneous release of spinal and life tensions, and the use of existing tension as fuel for spinal reorganization and enhanced wellness.
Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) is a program developed by Dr. Donald Epstein to help individuals develop greater awareness of their body and its relationship to their life experience. Through focused attention, breath, movement, and touch, SRI exercises help individuals connect with their body's rhythms and release deeply held tension patterns.
Together, these modalities form a comprehensive system that helps people with chronic conditions, acute injury, stress relief, pain, anxiety, PTSD, and much more — while also facilitating sustainable increases in wellbeing and significant levels of personal advancement and transformation.
